Mind Your Run

Privacy notice

Last updated: 31 October 2026. This notice covers the form on mindyourrun.com where you ask Katie to email you access to test Mind Your Run. The app itself has a separate privacy notice.

Who is responsible?

Katie McDonald, the creator of Mind Your Run, is responsible for the information collected by this website form. Contact: [email protected].

What you give us

The form asks for your full name, email address and the type of phone you would use for testing. You can optionally add a short comment. It also records whether you chose the separate, optional box for emails about other running-related services and offers. Please don’t include health information or other sensitive details in the comment box.

Why we use it

Not ticking the marketing box will not prevent you from requesting testing access. We will not treat a request for testing access as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored by Formspark, our form provider, and are accessible to Katie through its dashboard. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell the information you submit.

How long we keep it

We’ll keep testing-access requests while arranging and following up on testing, and review them no later than 12 months after your last contact with us. If you opted in to other running-related emails, we’ll keep your contact details for that purpose until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing [email protected]. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
